Which software can open .TSD file?

I got a subtitling job, but the client gave me a .TSD files and I can not open them, who knows which software or program can open such files? Thanks.

But this is not 100% sure because everyone is free to define his own file extensions.

The TSD file is a file created by Softel to contain details of timecode, shot-changes, speech points etc. It is a proprietary format and is a "buddy" file for videos (.avi) that do not have the capacity to store subtitles.

TSD files do not contain subtitles and they can be deleted after a job when you delete the associated video file.
