English to Arabic

Greetings to all translators and interpreters out there.
I am a translator/ interpreter who has mastered the English and Arabic languages and have been and will always be learning new languages and skills, thing is, with the languages, I seem to have tried to learn too many at once and have thus stretched my lingusitic side of the brain to dangerous extents. Can anyone help me learn the new languages without killing the existing ones? Are there techniques for that sort of thing?
Much appreciated
