Transit technical support in UK

We are considering purchasing the STAR Transit software, following a
customer request for us to do so.

My one concern is the level of technical support we can expect from
STAR, as they do not have much market penetration in the UK.

I would, therefore, be interested to hear from any other users of the

Hi Elaine,

We have been using Transit for several years now in the Netherlands. Here too, Transit is not very common.
Our experience with the paid support is very good. The knowledge level of the support team is very high and they are willing to help you.

They sometime even manage to repair 'damaged' files.

All in all I do not foresee any difficulties for you in using Transit XV.
