Does anybody know how to prevent Transit from changing the keyboard layout? It uses a non-standard Lithuanian layout by default and set it anytime you leave the Transit window and return to it.

Hi,

try changing the setting in your profile as follows:

Options > Profile > Settings > Editor 1/2 > Keyboard - disable automatic keyboard switching.

Then save (Options>Profile>Save).

Note that it will change if you accidently press Alt+shift (and doesn't toggle back)

Alas! I do not have such an option in my version (Transit Satellite PE).

Hi!

There is no way to change this in Satellite.

The option which is discribed in Jill's message is available only since TransitXV SP10.

The only solution is to change Windows keyboard settings and delete all the non used keyboards layouts or to set the one that you use as the keyboard type for all the languages.
