Transit opens project on one comp, on other not...

Hello,
I receive a project on one machine in my home office without problems. I try to receive the project on a different computer in my office and I get the following error, take a look at the URL:
http://www.kancelarijahatipovic.com/images/problem_transit.jpg

What is the problem here?
