I will ask if anyone could tell me how I can analyze a pxf file, so I can see how much efford I shall put into a translation project. I hope there is a tool similar to the one in Trados where you can count rep, fuzzy and new words.

It is especially how I in an unknown text can find out how many internal repetitions and fuzzy maches there are to take care of.

Thanks in advance

Marianne

First of all, receive the project Jun 19, 2007

When it has been successfully received, saved, etc., go to menu "Project/Status" and, on the "Transit Report" tab, choose "Import" in the "Report type:" field. Then click on the "Update" button.

I am not sure but I think you are unable to change the import settings for received projects, which means you have to accept these settings as they were set up by the project manager who created the project.
