Could I ...? Aug 18, 2011

I think this article is quite interesting. I didn't know many elements about the adaptation.

I would like to know if I could use this article on my blog ? I've been managing a translation blog for few months and I think it could be interesting for some French people I know. But they cannot read English. So could I use the text and post a translation of it ?
