What doth a good translator make? Nov 28, 2009

I love dry text. So dry, that my eyes start to flicker after a few hours of translating. I use dictionaries, but not only. Dictionaries and free tools (yes, Bablefish too!), common sense and logic, plus the advice of friends in certain professions, online databases are all that I refer to. But the best way, I find, the best way, is to actually type in the term as a search and see what comes up. You'll be amazed. That, and a little pat on the back to push me on and go forward by your project manager is what it takes to get me through it all. Keep positive, folks, keep positive...

Thanks for reading,
