Dear Richard,
as a first estimation, I think it's quite safe to say that rates are roughly between 0.01 and 1.00USD per word. Just count the number of words your average page has, do the math, and there you are.

I would suggest between USD0.07 to 0.09 per word since a page has an average (more or less) of 250 words, you do the math (if you look into the Translator rates in your Proz.com page) you will see the rates applicable in other languages.
