Hi,
I encountered this kind of hidden text in the file I translate. It is inserted after some terms in the sentence. I do not know its use and how to deal with it in translation. I hope that you may have dealt with things like this one. I appreciate you help.

Index codes

Hello Ahmed,
They are the codes that are listed in the index. If you go to the end of the document you will see a clickable index that includes these words. What I do is copy the source sentence so that the codes are transferred and then translate it. You have to translate the word inside the code too so that it appears in the index. Hope that helps

File Formats Reference Guide

Hi Ahmed,
The workflow for index entries is described in the Trados File Formats Reference Guide (page 8-5). If you have T6.5.x, the Guide is part of the documentation which is installed automatically.
