request about rental agreement

Hi everybody!
I won my first big contract, but I am very in a complete panic.
contract of 10 pages German into French, and I know that terms of a contract are very specific and I thought I could find a standard contract on the Net but it is not easy.
do you know the ropes? could law expert help me?

But most important: I think you ought to find a good proofreader (a Prozian, perhaps) - in the case of a big contract, especially the first one, it is important to impress the client, it is not enough to work hard.
