Well, Falko Schaefer wrote his PhD thesis in German about the use of the European Commission EC-SYSTRAN system. You can look up his email by searching on his name on Google. First entry is an article of his that contains his contact info.

Also, in the bibliography of that article is the mention of Hans Krings' book on MT postediting. My review of that book is accessible at http://www.geocities.com/mtpostediting
The important point to note is the fact that the book is a translation of his original PhD thesis that was written in German about 10 years before about the EC-SYSTRAN system.
Contact me offline for his email address if you can't find it on Google. I've got it in my archives.

No problem, use MT / TM software Nov 4, 2005


the only problem is that i'm wrriting my work in german... so a hard tanslatig work is waiting for me, but hey,it can't be too easy...


By the time you're done, you will (hopefully) know, which MT/TM software has it. And bootstrapping it ("TM/MT software doing stuff on TM/MT") should be easy
