A quality assurance statement anyone?

You may call me a case of an arrested development, but after 600k+ words translated I somehow feel I would need to have some sort of a binding declaration or statement about steps I take to achieve and sustain the level of quality expected and paid for.

There's EN standards in the making, LISA is paddling in this pool as well, but there's nothing I could find that would fit a profile of a freelancing gun-for-hire.

And, of course, suggestions/expectations from agencies

I'll have to go and buy the book - its 18 pounds (plus shipment I assume) or 89€ (!! - used!!) on Amazon. Curioser and curiouser...
