Dear colleagues:

when requested to submit a proposal, does anyone use a \"boilerplate\" format of a \"formal\" reply to an \"RFP\"? If there is such a thing applicable to our profession, would anyone care to share this information? I researched the www, but cannot find anything appropriate. I very much appreciate any response.
