I need to find out what academic documents must be translated/certified to apply at FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology, New York). This is for a foreign student with a degree obtained in Argentina; her diploma will need to be legalized and translated. But I am not sure if a full university transcript translation is required, or will a list of subjects and grades be sufficient?. FIT website does not give precise information applicable to foreign students. My client has asked me to make enquiries for her. Can anyone provide this information or suggest where I can ask?

TIA
Cecilia

Ask FIT Nov 21, 2007

Send them an e-mail and ask, only they can answer that question, no third party can.

Agree with Henry Nov 21, 2007

I agree with Henry and it is up to your client to get this information from FIT. My guess is that they will want the entire transcript, word for word and line by line.

Thanks Nov 21, 2007

I guess that is the soundest and most logical advice! Thought maybe someone out there might have come across this information.

Thanks to both.
