Hello everyone,

I have one order and my client asked me "strictly to follow MS terminology".

Do You know some references. Please help.

You might have to ask these to your customer, as they are no longer freely downloadable, as far as I know.

The glossary indicated by Hynek is fine, but it is in no way complete (e.g., the complete Vista glossary has something like 250,000 strings, and is about 70 MB in size, and the complete set of all Microsoft Glossaries is over 1 GB).

A couple of years ago, there also was a MS Style Guide. Don't know if it's still available.

If you have MS software yourself, it won't hurt to read through the menu's and message boxes. Gives you an idea.

The answer would be much appreciated - including (if yes) the pointer to where to look for it. I am not directly involved on a daily basis with MSDN, but I have full access rights.
