Any translators into Indian languages here?

There is a lightweight word processor which supports input of Indic fonts at http://brahmi.sourceforge.net. This has got me wondering: what software do Indian translators generally use? Is Microsoft Word adequate for the input of Indic fonts?

Yes Marc, Word handles all the Indic fonts, without any problem. And, thank you so much for the link. I didn\'t know Brahmi is that old (Brahma means creator of the universe, by the way). Such revivals bring back the hope... thanks!
