Klar - der steht auch direkt darunter.



Du hast aber Recht, den Eintrag \"board of directors\" zu hinterfragen - dieses Gremium bei angelsächsischen Unternehmen ist mit einem Aufsichtsrat (z.B. nach deutscher Unternehmensverfassung) absolut nicht vergleichbar.

Ich kenne weder das angelsächsische noch das bundesrepublikanische Gesellschaftrecht genügend, um dazu Stellung nehmen zu können...



Doch das folgende Zitat scheint eine weitere Erleuchtung zu bringen:

In diesem Sinne wäre die Übersetzung \"Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender\" = \"Chairman of the Board of directors\" doch richtig?
