Lateinische Wörterbücher - Eine illustrierte Bibliographie: http://www.richardwolf.de/latein/index.html

These dictionaries are mostly only available as antiquities or in large libraries (if at all!) but the website itself is also very interesting because of its biographies and meticulously compiled bibliographical data.

Even if you can't buy many of the books any more the site is really worth while browsing (provided you understand German...)!
