YakuRu has released a new Japanese-Russian Glossary Tool. It is very useful for Russian and Japanese translators.
Of course, it cannot be compared in terms of functionality with Trados and others progs, but it is free of charge.
I think it can be really useful for new translators, who cannot effort buying Trados.
