As a frequent user of this great resource I was shocked to find out this site is off line!
Does anyone know what happened?
I checked the WHOIS and it seems the site expired, does anyone know the email address of the (previous) owner?

I would also like to know what happened, I did not use TecDic very often but it did have some terms that I couldn't find anywhere else so it saved my day a few times.
I would like to know what happened to their database of words. That would be a very good tool for any EN-NL / NL-EN translator to have if it would be available .

Very strange for that happens all in a sudden.
My firefox browser was redirecting me to another website:
http://www.dhrp.qq/suspended.page/
But checked the domain, no (international) domain would have an end with qq.
Is that a virus?
Really missing it!!!

After some research I found the owner of the domain/site.
He is working on getting the site back online again, but he doesn't know why it went off line yet.
I am pretty sure he will get it back again, so we all just have to be a little patient

We really ought to all send the author some money so he can keep it up permanently. It is a great resource, and has a lot of promise.

As original poster I am desperately looking for the information I found on the owner.
His name is Wouter Robers and he works for a company called Epyon in Delft, the Netherlands.
(My email server crashed some time ago, so it is not in my computer any more)
I have tried using the contact form in the 'waybackmachine' but I am not sure it worked.
Anyone who is more resourceful: please let me know if you can contact him.
I will gladly donate!!
