Need French-English tender terminology

I am looking for construction tender terminology in English - official procedures, documents etc. France has statutory docs such as "Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés" or CCATP which don't have official translations but I need to find similar equivalents.

Cahier des clauses administratives techniques particulières, for example, can be "translated" on the basis of the entry for CCTP. However, someone may be able to dig up other references.
