I'm probably stating the obvious but this and the ProZ search glossaries function are always the first place I look for technical terms

Many thanks Nov 15, 2003

I have looked on Eurodicautom, but not had much success, at least with the terms I was searching for. I also searched the kudoz searchable glossaries, but had the same story there. I have looked on Eurodicautom, but not had much success, at least with the terms I was searching for. I also searched the kudoz searchable glossaries, but had the same story there. I have since put some of them on the kudoz board and hope to get some useful replies. What I would like ideally though is a good site in both IT and EN so I can cross reference expressions etc. instead of just simply having the terms translated. Yesterday, I thought I had found such a site, but then discovered that only the main points were translated from IT to EN, all the really nitty gritty details were only present on the IT version. The nature of this subject (which is not my normal topic), seems to be that very specific terms are used, with very little scope for logically working out how the individual terms may be translated.

Still, I'll work away with the links you have very kindly provided.

Once again, many thanks to everyone for the time and the help.
