List of trademarks: http://www.inta.org/tmcklst1.htm

Dos and don'ts for editors:
http://www.inta.org/info/faqsU.html

It authorises you to capitalise a trade mark which is written in lower case in the logo. It authorises you to refrain from adding the (TM) or (R) to every darn occurance of the trade mark in a text.

On other points it tends to be a bit unnecessarily puristic. It may also be somewhat English-specific.
