Word of the day is a service provided via http://www.yourdictionary.com

A different word is posted each day with a guide to its pronunciation, etymology, definition and guide to common useage. You can subscribe (free of charge) to the service and receive the word daily via email.

I found \'lucubrate\' meaning to study long and laboriously, especially at night by lamplight. No specific reference to proz. commers!!!! but I know we could be included in the definition.

This one is \"devoted to recently coined words, existing words that have enjoyed a recent renaissance, and older words that are now being used in new ways.\" Interesting and sometimes funny.
