Found by chance: an excellent, **illustrated** German (only) lexicon of deep-drilling/boring terms, processes, etc. A feast for the eye as well as the mind.

Good clear resource Jan 20, 2005

Illustrations help a good deal, when you are trying to work out what exactly is meant by a term.

Very practical - thanks a lot!
