countries Jul 19, 2005

Hi Mónica,

Don't know about currencies and US states but I have a good glossary for countries. If you want it I can send it in private.

Saludos,
Graciela.

Is for country names. I am sure that UN and the EU have their own, but their wepages are sooo big that I cannot find them now. Maybe someone else knows them.

Here are some on currencies:

What about the Wikipedia Jul 20, 2005

If you have more time, you could visit the corresponding country site at the Wikidepia. You will find there a lot of information about the countries. The good thing about the Wikipedia is that you can find the official name of the countries and you can click to other language links to find out how the name of the country is in Japanese, Chinese or in whatever language is offered.

Some examples:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mexico
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panama
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japan
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Germany

Hope that I could help you

Regards

Currency calculator Jul 20, 2005

A bit off topic perhaps, but very handy. A currency calculator can be found at:

Currency and other converters Jul 26, 2005

Write "convert" into Google and you get countless websites to pick from to convert anything you like (within reason)

Good luck.
