Microsoft Style Guides downloadable?

An FTP site was posted here recently where Microsoft glossaries can be downloaded. Is there a place to download the Microsoft Style Guides (one per language) as well?

It seemes there is no downloadable style guide. There is a printed book: Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications. (Or do you know something that I don't?)

It was downloadable once Dec 11, 2005

And now it is less downloadable (Microsoft removed it from its page - finding it requires some work. I hope using a version downloaded when it was free is legal. Downloading it from someone else, not Microsoft, is probably not-so-legal).

This link points to a CHM file that contains lots of entries, sorted alphabetically, with short notes on usage.
