Go to Greek casino websites. If you are lucky, you'll find glossaries, the correct Greek terminology and even pdf files with the rules to download. I had this luck when I looked for German casino games terminology a couple of months ago.

After I posted here, I found a place in the net with lots of games' glossaries including

and resolved my issue. Didn't need to translate any
too difficult terms, though...
