I'm in urgent need of your suggestions as regards reliable English-to-Spanish resources to ratify some terms on anesthesia online. I have no time to buy one dictionary now, since deadline is round the corner.
Please feel free to suggest online glossaries too. Will be much appreciated.

Lo has utilizado últimamente? Yo hace años que "lo abandoné", pues las palabras muy específicas no aparecían. La verdad es que lo había olvidado. ¿qué me dices al respecto?

Sí, pero no en este campo específico Apr 6, 2006

Es cierto que no lo actualizan hace mucho, pero la mayoría siguen sirviendo, por lo menos cuando yo lo he necesitado. Hace poco me han mandado una prueba para un puesto de traductora de alemán y venían todos los términos que he buscado. También es cierto que soy una novata todavía, pero a mí me viene bien.

A lovely trilingual (ES-EN-PT) site. I haven't used it that much, but the information seems very comprehensive and reliable. Type the source word in the search window (ex: anesthesia) and make sure you click the appropriate source language.

Several anesthesiology journals are included. Sometimes you can find an abstract with a translation into another language, though be advised that they are not always well translated!

You've taken quite a lot of your time to help me! And I appreciate it very much. In fact most of the resources available need contrastive study, but if one knows a little bit about the subject, it is just a question of identifying what one needs to ratify. Unfortunately, I am running out of time, but "pressure" is sometimes also helpful to learn "all of a sudden"
