Dear all! I am desperately looking for an AE-G legal dictionary (even online glossaries would be of great help), where expressions like CONTRACTING OFFICER can be found.

I would be grateful for any tip.

Thanks in advance

Best regards from Mannheim

Hello

Sometimes, if you understand what is meant in the source language, you may find the term by yourself in your native tongue (target language) and you may not need a bilingual dictionary any more to resolve the terminological problem.

Contracting Officer (CO): COs are HUD\'s expressly authorized agents and represent HUD with regard to contractual matters. Only COs may enter into, administer and terminate contracts. CO authority is delegated in writing and limited by the specific terms of each delegation.
