Good news for those translating into Hindi or Gujarati.
A handy online dictionary in these langauges is available for free download from here:
http://www.bhashaindia.com/DownloadsV2/Category.aspx?ID=11
I have checked it out and it is incredibly useful.
It installs onto MSWord and all the English words in the dictionary that occur in an MSWord document are underlined in red. Mousing over the underlined word shows an icon on which if you click, the equivalent Hindi and Gujarati words are shown in a pop-up window. To insert the Hindi/Gujarati word into your document, all that you have to do is to click on it.
Download it, it will save you a lot of time in looking up paper dictionaries.
Installation is a breeze. I could do it in five minutes flat. | | | | Ritu Bhanot France Local time: 09:43

I did'nt know that there were so many online dictionaries available.
But the one I have mentioned above is an electronic dictionary which does not require to be accessed over the internet. After installing it, it resides in your hard disc and can be made to cough up the Hindi/Gujarati equivalent of an English word at the click of a mouse.
It uses something called a Smart Tag.
