I just found this, more than just a glossary.

It says:

intended for native speakers of French"

It has:

1 - Technical Vocabulary / Vocabulaire Technique
2 - Mainstream Vocabulary / Vocabulaire General
3 - Grammar / Grammaire
4 - Translating Into French / Traduire En Francais
5 - Translating Into English / Traduire En Anglais
6 - Exam Papers / Sujets D'examen
7 - Texts / Textes
8 - Pronunciation / Prononciation
9 - Methods / Methodes
10 - Online Dictionaries / Dictionnaires En Ligne
11 - Franglais / Franglais
12 - Publications / Publications
13 - Links / Liens
14 - Questions & Answers / Questions Et Reponses

for EN-FR translators

Geez, thanks! Oct 31, 2006

It's rare that I find good resources on the Web when it comes to translation. Too many people pretend to offer good stuff - maybe to appear professional or gain site traffic? But this one is a valuable resource and it's refreshing to find good stuff like this after scanning lots of pseudo-dictionaries with just a dozen terms.

Thanks for the link! It's a keeper.

Many thanks Nov 2, 2006

Many thanks for this valuable link! I'll surely find it very useful and I'm sending it on to several local and US friends and family members. I know they'll be delighted to have such an EN-FR/FR-EN resource on hand, whether they are English teachers ( Special Purposes), engineers, or students.
Best Regards, Diantha
