Does anyone know of any comprehensive Spanish (and Latin) to English glossary for plants? If so, I would appreciate if you would post the link. Thank you.

Well, not exactly a link Nov 25, 2006

Problem with this is that are so many plants names as isolated regions in the word.
To translate the names for plants and animals, hopefully, there are the web and the scientific name.
Start looking for the plant name in your favorite web search site adding "scientific name" in the search box. Once your have the scientific name you can search for the scientific name and restrict the search to the target language or country and your are in an almost chance to get the right translation.
Good luck!
