CILF is the \"Conseil International de la Langue Française\".

They have a very good online database (\"Base terminologique\") from english at least (there is also german and spanish but I did not test) from various domains and dictionaries.

And it was very quick when I tested it.

The site also sells dictionaries and they have a publication called \"La banque des mots\" but you can\'t read the content (papers and glossaries) except a few things like \"use of the hyphen in medicine\", etc.
