Does anybody know where I could get hold of the Georgian legislation on separation, divorce and maintenance payments? We have been requested by the Spanish courts (Alicante) to present a sworn translation of this text along with various other documents we have translated for a Georgian woman filing for divorce.
Have tried writing to some Georgian lawyers associations but so far no reply.

Thank you Tayfun!
After a lot of reading(!) I found what I was looking for with those addresses. It was in the 1997 New Civil Code.
