And it is a real hassle making OpenOffice undertsnd non-Latin based alphabets, and there is no guarantee that even if you do they are going to be fully compatible with windoze-based software.
Unfortunately, customers mostly work with MS Office. | |

You can try OmegaT - http://www.marcprior.de/OmegaT/OmegaT.html I haven\'t played around with it too much, and it uses it\'s own format (not Trados compat), but it looks promising.
