I'm looking for a good and up-to-date e-dictionary on Telecommunications
(English - German
Spanish - German)

I've been recommended the Langenscheidt Kompakt Mikroelektronik - Telekommunikation, but it seems sort of obsolete (1992).

Somebody can lend a hand? Any recommendations?

Have you tried dowloading Babylon?

It has lots of dictionaries, including the sort you need, for all kinds of language pairs.
