Dear colleagues,

is there somewhere out there a glossary for the software Microsoft CRM. It doesn't seem to be included in the old XP MS glossaries.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Try GIAA/TRES for your pair, it should contain all MS terminology to date.

All vendors, that work on MS projects have the access to GIAA. This portal is a requirement for all MS localizers.
I am kind of surprised, that you don't have the access=)

Try asking your direct customer for login/password.
