I hope this won't be considered as advertising but I've just come across the most beautiful (online) word processor I've ever seen. It's in private beta testing at the moment but I got an invitation to try it pretty quickly.

It won't revolutionise our lives as translators but it's gorgeous and also remarkably complete. It's got the resources of Adobe behind it so it could well become a big player.

Sorry, no can do.

I am curious and I am sure, other colleagues are as well.

Why don't you simply tell us what this is about?

Best,

Nicole

Nicole, I'm sorry Oct 2, 2007

you can't access Buzzword straightaway but you should be able to sign up for it, shouldn't you?
It's difficult to says what's so nice abut this WP is just a few words and of course I'm not saying for a moment hat it's likely to replace MS Word any time soon. If you do a Google search for Buzzword you might be able to come up with some screenshots.

A few things... Oct 2, 2007

- A beautifully uncluttered interface. Additional tools/menus appear as the need arises, rather like with MS Word 2007 but in my view this is done in a simpler more elegant way
- A nice choice of fonts. I particularly like Adobe Garamond Pro
