Wrong HTML code on Translation Memory

Hello

HTML code into different characters, which I was told was normal, but then
when I choose to use the sentence stored on the TM (cause it gives me 100%
match), the program doesn't change it back to 'normal' HTML code, so the web
page later appears wrong.

Has anyone had a similar problem? I have tried many things, also downloaded the latest Wordfast version, but nothing seems to solve the problem. I am also talking to Hotline but no luck so far...
