I'd like to know how to use the conversion table to transliterate Russian names.

(Currently I'm using copy and paste and quite a good tool — www.convertcyrillic.com/Convert.aspx)

The manual says:
"(copy-paste the conversion table in an empty document, then load it into +Tools' Text Conversion table)"

I'm sure this is very simple, but I don't see a way to load the table in +Tools.
