I NEED VERY URGENTLY someone who is willing and able to CONVERT for me a TM from
Trados .tmw to Wordfast .tmx

Is there anyone who can help ???

You can email me the TM and I will convert to tmx for you.
Make sure you email all 5 files of the TM, not just the tmw.

As Spiros said before, you need to send the 5 Trados files of the TM in order to have it converted to .TMX.
