Urgent Help with Quick Clean of Doc

I hope that someone can help.

I have a translated document that needs to be 'quick cleaned' using Wordfast. Unfortunately my system has crashed - Word 2003 is no longer working, downloaded Word 2007 to finish translation but Word 2007 doesn't want to cooperate.

I hope that you might be able to assist me.

Please let me know and I can forward doc to you.
