Hi.
I just installed WordFast. Now, when I am writing an email in Outlook using Word as my editor, I have problems with the backspace key. Every time I hit the backspace key to correct something I have typed, a pop-up comes up asking me if I want to save the message I am writing. I have to hit cancel in order for it to return to the message and delete the letter I wanted it to delete in the first place.
(While this will definitely help me improve my typing, it is a huge pain in the neck.)
I have discovered a workaround in that now I am not using Word as my email editor, and all my messages are being sent in *.rtf, but I would like to know if anyone has a solution to the problem I've encountered. I'm pretty sure it's related to WordFast since it started happening right after I installed the program.
wordfast.dot is not in your Startup folder? then your problem has nothing to do with it. Wordfast is just a template, a dot(VBA) file only activ if you put it in your startup folder or activate it in Word. If you can see the Wordfast icon in Word, then it must be in your startup folder.

Hi Sandra,
Search the archives of the wordfast group: www.groups.yahoo.com/group/wordfast Some months ago there was long thread about this and I think they found a work around it. If you cannot find the answer, just post the question. Remember to state windows, word, outlook and WF versions.
Regards, Grace.
