Help! Wordfast Glossaries driving me nuts!

I have two glossaries open. I marked QC (quality check) on the first one. The phrase in question has terms I know are in Glossary 1, and they appear highlighted in dark blue. I press the button to include it, but instead of pasting the translation it opens Glossary 2! I tried unmarking the 2nd glossary, but it still does it! I guess this only happens with terms that are not in both glossaries, because it only happens with some terms, but I need them NOW, the translation is due today!! Please help!
