Como pasar a .ttx una traducción hecha con Wordfas

I've received a .ttx file. Then I've opened it in Word and with +Tools/+Tweak/!01HTML_Tagger.txt. And proceed to translate.
then I dad two problems:
1. When I cleaned up the document, the symbol >0< still appeared and also the source language.

2. My question is how shall I send this document back to the customer? Or How can I convert it again to .ttx or any other compatible extension?
