converting SDLX TM to WF

An outsourcer that I've just started cooperation with requires SDLX. Is it possible to convert the TMs that I'll receive from them into WF TMs and the other way round?

If you have SDLX, you start Maintain and load and export the TM as TMX and import it into Wf as usual. But if you don't have, you need someone's assistance with SDLX.
