Hello everyone,
Here's my problem:
An agency sent me a TM in tmx format. Apparently, I should be able to simply select and open this TM in Wordfast as I would any other TM (I've read the relevant section in the Wordfast manual, as well as dozens of relevant posts here at Proz). However, this TM (once saved to my WF memories folder) does not even show up as an option when I go to "select TM". Are there perhaps different types of TMX memories?

The WF TM is a TXT file, but the TMX file has a TMX file extension. Therefore, when opening a TMX file in WF, make sure the filetype dropdown list says "All files".

Thanks Samuel

Thanks Samuel. I somehow managed to not see the arrow on the side of the box, allowing me to scroll up and select "all file types". Rather embarrassing. Perhaps it's time I took a short holiday far from my computer...
