Welcome to the site of the Esoteric Society
The world is in turmoil. Many disasters and climatologic changes are taking place. However, this is only the beginning of a long sequence of ever increasing events, which will eventually end with peace, world brotherhood and equality of all people. It is not the end of time. It is the transformation for a totally new beginning. All the old energy that has preoccupied the earth wants to transform, so that it can enter the new age cleansed.
It is important not to live in fear, but to focus on a positive image of the world to come. You are part of this and you can strengthen that positivism by rising above the emotion. To aid people in becoming aware of the causes and purposes of these changes, the Esoteric Society has developed this web site.
The Esoteric Society has been active in the Netherlands since 1985 with the purpose of studying and passing on the information as it is received by means of trance sessions via the trance medium Daan Akkerman. The transcripts of these sessions have been published in our monthly periodical Par Lanto for almost twenty years.
Last year, our first book, Atlantis and UFO’s, was published, this month the second book, The Great Transformation towards the New Age will be published. Both books are currently being translated into German and English. As to the how and why of these books, we refer you to A cosmic mission. For a better understanding of the way we obtain and present the information as well as the mission statement of the Esoteric Society we suggest you read our Introduction.
Further, we will provide you with a summary of one of the chapters that have been translated. If the topic has your interest, we will send you the chapter in the mail for a fee. We intend to publish our books on the English speaking markets in the future, but want to inform you of some of the information we have obtained about the coming age now because it provides answers to those that are searching for answers in these turbulent times.
Please, check the site every now and then since new information will be added on a regular basis. We also invite you to send us your questions via email and to join our forum.

Il mondo sta in agitazione. Molti disastri e cambiamenti climatologici stanno accadendo. Però, questo è solo l’inizio di una sequenza lunga di eventi che aumentano di continuo, che prima o poi finiscono con pace, fratellanza mondiale ed eguaglianza per tutti umani. Non è la fine del nostro tempo. E’ la trasformazione per un inizio completamente nuovo. Tutta l’energia vecchia che ha preoccupata la nostra Terra vuole trasformarsi per poter entrare purificata nella nuova epoca.
E’ importante a non vivere con apprensione, ma a focalizzare ad un immagine positiva del mondo imminente. Fai parte di questa faccenda e puoi rinforzare il positivismo- devi superare tutto l’emozione. Per aiutare la gente ad essere ben informato delle cause e obiettivi di questi cambiamenti, la Società Esoterico ha sviluppata questo sito web.
La Società Esoterico è stata attiva nei Paesi Bassi dal 1985 con l’obiettivo di studiare e donare l’informazione mentre verrà ricevuta tramite sessioni di trance condotti dal medium di trance Daan Akkerman. I'm a professional English/Italian Italian/English translator. Although my native language is English, being of Italian background has enabled the Italian language to be, to a great extent, like my other first language. Throughout my life, I was able to spend quite a bit of time in Italy. I have studied Italian from the time of my childhood and as a result I am fully bilingual. I have a certificate in Italian Translation awarded by the University of Toronto Continuing Studies department. The course through which I acquired this certificate requires individuals to translate documents (from English to their respective target languages) that have been translated previously by professional translators in the actual workplace. The subject matter of these documents relate to the fields of travel & tourism, finance, human resources, government, film & commerce. I also have a certificate in interpretation awarded by COSTI Immigrant Services.
My professional experience includes translating lyrics to songs and material relating to the travel & tourism field (from Italian to English and English to Italian). I completed a website translation job for the Esoteric Society, I translated a career book, No Canadian Experience, Eh? by Daisy Wright of the Wright Career Solution (www.thewrightcareer.com) from English to Italian which was a major accomplishment, a public service announcement (English to Italian) that aired during an Italian tv program (OMNI News), a resume translation for a software developer (English to Italian ), a technical translation (Italian to English) for an Italian manufacturer of yachts (RIVA), and have done translation and interpretation work for a local immigrant services organization called COSTI (www.costi.org). I also have years of experience in the promotional products industry where the majority of clients (95%) speak Italian. As a result I have had to speak the language as well as translate certain promotional pieces.
